3. Why we collect data (Purposes and legal basis)

We process your personal data based on the following legal grounds:

1. Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): So that you can use our application, we must manage your user account.
2. Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): Protecting our servers from cyber attacks (IP addresses, login logs).
3. Your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR): For the collection of analytical and marketing cookies. You can withdraw your consent at any time in the website footer.

4. How long we keep the data

• User account data: For the time you have an active account in our application. If you delete your account, we delete the data.
• Logs and technical data: Maximum 1 year for security reasons.

5. Who else has access to the data (Recipients and processors)

In order to operate the application, we use verified partners who meet GDPR standards:

• Supabase – Database and secure user authentication.
• Vercel / Netlify – Website and application hosting.
• Resend – Sending system emails (e.g. password recovery).
